It was so wonderful to work with Jill this morning (who is 63 btw) not just because she is such a lovely lady but because she demonstrates how being committed to this method consistently and working with so many of our incredible teachers shows up in how she moves and the confidence she has built over the past year.

Very proud that not only is she 63 doing our full comprehensive but how she is built through the system such foundational strength that is keeping her strong for life and providing her with such vitality. ✨

Introducing The Motherhood Sessions by @exhalepilateslondon - a new series of intimate events created to support mothers through movement, conversation and connection 🤍

Beginning on Tuesday 29th September at Exhale Pilates Primrose Hill, our first session is presented in collaboration with @alongwaytogoclub.

The afternoon will begin with a 45-minute Classical Pilates class led by Exhale Founder and new mother herself, Gaby Noble.

Thoughtfully designed with the postnatal body in mind, the class will use Exhale’s specialised Classical Pilates apparatus to offer considered, expert-led movement, helping mothers reconnect with their bodies and return to exercise with greater confidence.

The class will be followed by an honest, open and empowering conversation between Gaby and @alongwaytogoclub Founder, @omalley_katie, exploring the realities of motherhood and the importance of trusted support, meaningful connection and making time for yourself.

Throughout the series, we’ll also be partnering with a selection of brands, beginning with @wearemiruki , who will be gifting every guest one of their beautiful handcrafted goodies.

To take part in the Pilates class, all guests must have received clearance to exercise from their postnatal healthcare provider. A pre-class health questionnaire will also be sent to attendees before the event.
